It was 4 years ago having built our house back in UK we spoke about the possibility of buying a place aboard to get away from the dull start to the year, somewhere warm and sunny. We then had a tick list of winter sun but near a skiing resort and fell upon Costa de Sol. We started our own search and booked a flight. The next day Alicia brought us to the Higueron West development and that was it perfect, so much so deposit paid. We have just spent our first month here in our new home and could not be happier. Kevin and Alicia have remained helpful all the way though, pointing us in the right directions for lawyers, bank and even doing site visit’s in our absence. Kevin offered to collect our keys from the lawyers as we arrived late on Saturday night and needed them Sunday as removals company arriving. NOTHING is too much trouble for them. They know their business very well professional, un-pushy, friendly and honest. Highly recommend them and would only use them in the future. A BIG Thank you.
