We were looking for an area on the coast of Spain in which to buy a property. Not actually looking to buy yet, we came across Alicia at Luxury Property and she was so helpful. She understood what we were looking for and made the extra effort to let us know exactly where it was, as location is very important to us, and a lot of agents advertised property as near the coast when in fact they were halfway up a mountain miles inland. The system is different in Spain with agents acting more like brokers and working with other agents to get a deal done. We didn’t realise this and threw out loads of enquiries to get a feel for the market. Bad idea, being inundated with agents all trying to become your main agent. We were however, so impressed with Alicia that we just stuck with her and pressed on. She was very patient with us too, explaining and working to deal with the details. Nothing was too much trouble. She was amazing, with a great personality and really good at her job. Would highly recommend working with her if you can. Brilliant.
