Hi there, my name is Kevin and I’m the proud Founder and Managing Director here at Luxury Property Finder Marbella. My experience in the property field can be traced back over more than two decades; having a background buying, selling and handling prestigious properties around London,, before relocating with my wife and business partner, Alicia, to the sunny region of Marbella.

We met Kevin and Alicia back in August 2024, by way of recommendation from a very good friend. We spent the last day of our 30th Wedding Anniversary viewing properties selected by both Kevin and Alicia, and by luck the last one we viewed had a cancellation, so we took the plunge that day. I have had a wonderful experience in buying my property in Spain in May 2023 with the assistance of Mrs Alicia Churchill, she is such a nice lady, she is so patient, always very kind and helpful. I have successfully purchased our most loved property. Afterwards, she continuously provide all sorts of assistance at any time when we requested, she’s the best property agent I have ever seen, she treats us like a friend rather than a client. I will 100% recommend her to anyone who has a property purchase requirement.
We were looking for an area on the coast of Spain in which to buy a property. Not actually looking to buy yet, we came across Alicia at Luxury Property and she was so helpful. She understood what we were looking for and made the extra effort to let us know exactly where it was, as location is very important to us, and a lot of agents advertised property as near the coast when in fact they were halfway up a mountain miles inland. The system is different in Spain with agents acting more like brokers and working with other agents to get a deal done. We didn’t realise this and threw out loads of enquiries to get a feel for the market. Bad idea, being inundated with agents all trying to become your main agent. We were however, so impressed with Alicia that we just stuck with her and pressed on. She was very patient with us too, explaining and working to deal with the details. Nothing was too much trouble. She was amazing, with a great personality and really good at her job. Would highly recommend working with her if you can. Brilliant.
It was 4 years ago having built our house back in UK we spoke about the possibility of buying a place aboard to get away from the dull start to the year, somewhere warm and sunny. We then had a tick list of winter sun but near a skiing resort and fell upon Costa de Sol. We started our own search and booked a flight. During this time we came across Luxury Property finder and were promptly contacted by Alicia, we told them what we were looking for but said it would be in a few year time. We agreed to meet and view some of the property’s they recommended. After the first days views Alicia understood that we were looking for a quality build as in Jocelyn’s profession as an interior designer quality, surroundings and space are paramount. The next day Alicia brought us to the Higueron West development and that was it perfect, so much so deposit paid. We have just spent our first month here in our new home and could not be happier. Kevin and Alicia have remained helpful all the way though, pointing us in the right directions for lawyers, bank and even doing site visit’s in our absence. Kevin offered to collect our keys from the lawyers as we arrived late on Saturday night and needed them Sunday as removals company arriving. NOTHING is too much trouble for them. They know their business very well professional, un-pushy, friendly and honest. Highly recommend them and would only use them in the future. A BIG Thank you.
